Delivery options

Timelines

• Estimated timelines will be provided at the time of order, and may range from 21 to 90 days depending on the order and volumes.
• Processing may include verification, material allocation, cutting/packing, and dispatch scheduling.

Customer responsibilities

• You must provide accurate delivery address, contact details, and access instructions.
• You are responsible for ensuring access for offloading/collection and any required permits or site readiness.

Collection / Pickup

Where collection is selected, you may be required to present proof of purchase and identification, and collection may be scheduled.

Failed delivery / rescheduling

If delivery fails due to incorrect details or lack of access/availability, rescheduling may require additional fees.
